Three things were accomplished in court on May 4, 2012:

1. Clarification of the confidentiality agreement verbiage

2. We may bring a second member to accompany us when inspecting the books

3. We are allowed to take handwritten notes of our findings, excluding that which is specified in the confidentiality verbiage, but including banking and account balances  and expenditure findings
